This has been our foundation since StuartCo was founded in 1970, and has continued as we have grown our business from a 150 unit property to 5,000 units today. This commitment applies to our entire portfolio – from a small 22 unit property to our largest 344 unit property. Our portfolio represents a diverse array of properties including market rate apartments and townhomes, a senior housing campus that includes Memory Care, Independent Living and Assisted Living, affordable housing, and commercial.
