We are currently looking to hire a Property Manager to lead at Park Glen, our 290-unit community located in Saint Louis Park. You will be responsible for providing professional and courteous service to our residents, while also managing and supporting a team of maintenance, leasing and caretaking staff and implementing the properties budget. The person in this role will be both professional and outgoing while exemplifying StuartCo’s Core Values. Proven management skills including communication, leasing, event planning, budgeting/accounting, supervising, and basic computer skills are required for success in this position.

Compensation and Hours:

This position offers a Full Time, 40 hour per week schedule Monday – Friday during standard office hours.
