Since 1970, Stuart Development has grown into one of the largest developers of multi-family rental housing in the Upper Midwest. But we’re still family owned. Our markets include luxury and moderately-priced buildings, affordable housing, and independent and assisted living for seniors. We have developed and/or consulted on over 10,000 units and manage over 5,500.
