Vice President, Building Operations

Darren oversees the physical and mechanical operations of all properties in StuartCo’s portfolio and assures that they are maintained at their peak performance level. He supervises building operations and a roving maintenance team as well as after-hours maintenance needs and emergency response. He also serves as project manager on capital improvements, solicits bids, and maintains vendor relations. He prepares and delivers quarterly maintenance training, annual caretaking training, new maintenance tech orientation, and continuing education. As safety committee director, he oversees company safety practices and procedures, training programs, and meetings.

Darren is an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, participating on the municipal affairs committee and the CRMT (Certified Resident Maintenance Technician) program. He also serves as a member of the Rogers City Council.

Kim Webster

Regional Executive Director of Senior Living Services

Kim oversees StuartCo’s senior housing portfolio, including The Alton Memory Care, The Wellington Senior Living, Rockwood Place Senior Apartments, Westchester Village Senior Apartments and Shepard Park Home Care. She is responsible for all areas of operations including home health care service, food service, employee relations, activities, programming & licensing, resident and family relations, property integrity, and financial success.

Kim is an active member of Leading Age of Minnesota, previously serving as Board Member, and currently serves on the Assisted Living Home Care, Housing With Services, and Performance Excellence Committees. She is a trained hospice volunteer for Interim Home Health and also serves on Our Lady of Peace Board of Directors. She is a recipient of the Ray Johnson Senior Housing Award- 2005 from Aging Services of Minnesota as well as StuartCo’s Community Service Award- 2016, Excellence in Management- 2007, and Most Improved Property- Wellington- 2005.

Joe is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate properties in the Twin Cities, Omaha NE, and Milwaukee WI. He oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations, and capital project planning, as well as collections for the company.

Joe is a member of the MN Multi-Housing Association, previously serving on the Board of Directors in 2009. He is a recipient of the MMHA MADACS Multi-site Manager award – 2008.

Don is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate properties in the Twin Cities, and La Crosse WI. He oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations, and capital project planning.

Don is an active member of the MN Multi-Housing Association serving on the membership committee. He is a recipient of the MMHA MADACS Award for Property Manager – 2014.

Stacy is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate and affordable properties in the Twin Cities. She oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations, and capital project planning.

Stacy is an active member of the MN Multi-Housing Association, and holds designations as Certified Residential Manager (CRM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She is the recipient of the MMHA MADACS Multi-site Manager award – 2012.

Luke is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate and student housing properties in the Twin Cities. He oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations, and capital project planning.

Luke is an active member of the MN Multi-Housing Association, and participates as a volunteer for the Housing Hotline. He is a Certified Residential Manager (CRM).

Janet provides marketing consulting on company branding, advertising budgets and sources, market analytics, marketing software platforms and website development and maintenance. In addition, she evaluates new resources, and provides project management on onboarding and launch of new initiatives related to leasing and marketing

Travis Guza

Director of IT

Travis oversees all areas of information systems including report creation, integrating software programs to communicate with one another, and providing proper data backup and network security. He assists all computer users providing software support and training for property management software, Microsoft Office, e-mail, and other applications. He administers software purchasing, upgrades installation and oversees licensing.

Teresa Weiss

Director of Human Resources

Teresa oversees all aspects of Human Resources including payroll, benefits, recruiting, training & development, rewards & recognition and retention. She is also responsible for labor law compliance, performance appraisals, safety & risk management, employee engagement resources, workers compensation, event planning and wellness.

She is an active member of the MN Multi-Housing Association and is involved in the M&A HR Executive Roundtable.

As Lead Designer, Gerry keeps a consistent watch over our apartment upgrades, amenity space renovations, and general design projects. He identifies materials that are both fresh and functional, negotiates volume discounts, and eliminates the need for costly outsourcing– allowing StuartCo to prioritize design projects.

Kim is responsible for the overall accounting functions. She leads her team members in carrying out the department’s mission of being a resource for our site and corporate staffs, residents and owners by providing guidance and timely, accurate information in an efficient manner.
