StuartCo and Stuart Development Corporation are excited to announce our newest development- The District. The District is a 9-acre site located in Bloomington and is part of the Penn American District vision that was created by the City of Bloomington in 2009.
Construction is slated to begin in late summer 2019.
THE QUARRY AT CENTRAL PARK
The Quarry at Central Park is StuartCo’s new apartment development in the beautiful city of Eagan, Minnesota. Opening in 2019, The Quarry offers 183 brand new apartment homes—studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans— with a variety of amenities unique to the community.
THE MADISON STUDIOS
The Madison Studios is the newest addition to the StuartCo Shepard Park Rental Neighborhood in St. Paul. This 53 unit building features 11 floor plan styles, all studio and junior one bedrooms, meeting the strong demand for smaller affordable apartments in the Twin Cities. The homes feature stylish finishes, accent walls, energy efficient appliances, and convenient building amenities including bike storage, off-street parking, and Wi-Fi lounge. The Madison welcomed its first residents in July 2016.
ONE SOUTHDALE PLACE
StuartCo is pleased to introduce One Southdale Place to our portfolio of luxury rental housing. One Southdale Place broke ground in Edina, MN in the second half of 2013 with plans to open the three buildings in phases starting in September 2014 and completing the total 232 shortly after. The buildings will be located on the Southeast corner of the Southdale Center land, at the intersection of York Avenue and 69th Street. The community will feature luxury floor plans with stunning urban amenities including a rooftop terrace, fitness center, clubroom, professional concierge, and professional landscape with walkability to both Southdale and Edina’s Galleria Shoppes and restaurants.
E STREET FLATS
Formerly a Holiday Inn, StuartCo has partnered to redevelop this property. The plan is two-fold; develop the old restaurant into just over 22,000 square feet of retail space called e street shoppes, and develop the old hotel in to 74 suites (apartments) for student housing with amenities. The student housing is called e street flats. It features amenities designed with students in mind, including a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a study lounge, media room and bike storage. Construction began early in 2013 with the first retail space opening in May, and the student housing in late August.
GENESEE APARTMENTS & TOWNHOMES
Genesee represents the first phase of the Penn & American development project in Bloomington. This 234 unit, mixed-use housing project includes an 8-story apartment building with 152 units; a 4-story building with 14,000 square feet of retail/ restaurant space, and 60 apartments above; and a 4-story town house building with 22 two-story units. Amenities include two rooftop terraces, fitness center, outdoor pool, clubroom, private theater, cyber café, professional concierge services, and more. Genesee was completed in the Fall of 2012. Additional phases will include commercial, office and retail centered around transit and walkability features.
THE VIEW AT LONG LAKE
The View broke ground in 2011 in New Brighton, MN. This 124-unit apartment community is part of the New Brighton Exchange redevelopment project and offers studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments with lakeside amenities such as outdoor pool, community room, theater, business center, fitness center, and more. The View at Long Lake was completed in the summer of 2012.
