Building Operations

Darren oversees the physical and mechanical operations of all properties in StuartCo’s portfolio and assures that they are maintained at their peak performance level. He supervises building operations and a roving maintenance team as well as after-hours maintenance needs and emergency response. He also serves as Project Manager on capital improvements, solicits bids, and maintains vendor relations. He prepares and delivers quarterly maintenance training, annual caretaking training, new maintenance tech orientation, and continuing education. As Safety Committee Director, he oversees company safety practices and procedures, training programs, and meetings.

Darren is an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, participating on the Municipal Affairs Committee and the CRMT (Certified Resident Maintenance Technician) program. He also serves as a member of the Rogers City Council.

Property Management

Andrew leads the Property Management teams for StuartCo and is responsible for the overall performance and profitability for the market rate properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. With 20 years in the property management industry, he has hands-on experience with new construction lease-ups, project renovations and driving measurable results at the properties.

Andrew is an active member of the MN Multi Housing Association and was the recipient of the Multi-Site Manager Award in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is a licensed realtor in Minnesota.

Teresa Weiss

Director of Human Resources

Teresa partners with executive leadership to develop and drive our talent strategy and HR initiatives that support our organizational effectiveness and strong company culture.  She and her team are responsible for employee engagement, organizational development, performance and talent management, recruitment, training and development, rewards and recognition, employee benefits and payroll.  She is also responsible for labor law compliance, safety and risk management, worker’s compensation, event planning and wellness.

Teresa has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, with much of it in the multi-family housing industry. She is a member of the MN Multi-Housing Association,
HR Executive Forum, International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists,
and SHRM.

Travis Guza

Director of IT

Travis oversees all areas of information systems including report creation, integrating software programs to communicate with one another, and providing proper data backup and network security. He assists all computer users providing software support and training for property management software, Microsoft Office, e-mail, and other applications. He administers software purchasing, installation upgrades and oversees licensing.

Beth Rydeen

Beth leads the marketing efforts for StuartCo and their portfolio of properties providing direction and guidance in the development and execution of all marketing, branding and social media strategies, initiatives and campaigns.

She and her collaborative team are responsible for corporate communications, branding, marketing collateral, public relations, social media and websites, graphic design, advertising, analytics and research as well as supporting HR and event planning.

Beth is a proud alumna of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Journalism/Mass Communications.  As a member of the MN Multi-Housing Association, Beth and her team were honored to be the recipients of the 2022 Overall Marketing Campaign Award for Parker Station Flats.

Steve is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate properties in the Twin Cities and Wisconsin. He oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations, and capital project planning.

With over 18 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry, Steve is a member of the MN Multi-Housing Association and was the proud recipient of the 2017 MADACS Award for Community Manager.  He attended Bethel University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

Kim is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate properties in the Twin Cities.  She oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations and capital project planning.  With over 20 years experience in the multi-family housing industry, Kim has served as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager on site in a variety of rental communities.

As a member of the MN Multi-Housing  Association, Kim was the proud recipient of the 2015 Community Manager Award as well as a nominee for the 2011 Assistant Manager Award.  She attended Buena Vista University in Iowa and holds a degree in Communication and Graphic Design.

Patrick Novosel

Patrick is responsible for all aspects of property management for a portfolio of market rate and affordable properties in the Twin Cities area. He oversees the financial success, building integrity, employee development, resident relations and capital project planning. As a 30-year veteran of the multi-family industry, Patrick has worked with a diverse portfolio of properties in Minnesota and New York to include private owners, association management and REITs. In addition, he has also successfully supervised both new construction and complete property renovation projects.

As an active member of the MN Multi-Housing Association, Patrick has served on several committees including Marketing and the MADACS Awards. He is proud to share his time and talents with a variety of non-profit organizations including People Serving People, Bridging and Feed My Starving Children.

Rosanne Wolfe

Controller

Rosanne joined StuartCo in 2022 with over 20 years of accounting experience in property management and her expertise spans across the industry including retail, industrial, commercial, and multifamily, including new construction.

She leads the Property Accounting team in the corporate office, developing strategies for cutting edge procedures and maintaining quality control in current accounting processes. With great attention to detail, Rosanne and her team work closely with the entire portfolio to ensure accurate financial reporting in all areas.
