Courtney Dunlay

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Courtney Dunlay joined StuartCo in 1997, and has held numerous positions within the organization; currently Asset Manager. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of the company’s portfolio of real estate assets owned through acquisitions, dispositions or operations. She is actively involved in new developments and investment opportunities as well as annual budgets and strategic planning.

Ms. Dunlay is a member of the MN Multi Housing Association and oversees all aspects of StuartCo’s charitable giving program including selection of partners, fundraising events, and coordination of volunteers.
